We are looking for a highly skilled Middle/Senior Data Scientist to join our team.

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing models and algorithms, and deriving actionable insights to drive business growth and decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to identify data-driven solutions and contribute to the development of innovative data products. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with a deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and data manipulation.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large and complex datasets from various sources
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and relationships
  • Perform statistical analysis to extract meaningful insights from the data
  • Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical models to solve business problems
  • Utilize tools and techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, time series analysis, and natural language processing
  • Implement and deploy models into production environments
  • Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies and solutions
  • Collaborate with teams to identify business challenges and formulate data-driven hypotheses
  • Work closely with software engineers to integrate data science solutions into existing systems or applications
  • Continuously explore and evaluate new tools, techniques, and data sources to improve analysis and model performance
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
  • Maintain data integrity and security throughout the data lifecycle
  • Adhere to ethical practices in handling sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries like NumPy or pandas
  • Proficiency in machine learning techniques and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Familiarity with big data processing frameworks like Hadoop or Spark is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
