Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables that meet both client and team needs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
• Utilize industry-standard project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile (Scrum), to deliver iterative solutions that align with project goals.
• Effectively communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing guidance and support to team members while ensuring their professional growth and development.
• Identify and manage potential project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to achieve project success.
• Utilize Jira and other management tools to track project progress, document project details, and generate insightful reports for analysis and decision-making.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously improve project management processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

‍

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager in the IT field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) projects, delivering iterative solutions to meet client and team needs.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools, particularly Jira, and other management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven track record of delivering successful technical projects on time and within budget.
• Sound understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to blend client requirements with team capabilities to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on finding practical and innovative solutions.
