Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative HR/Recruiter Intern to join our team. This role involves conducting initial interviews, assisting talents in building their profiles accurately, and participating in the recruitment process. You will play a key role in matching talents with global IT clients, leveraging our AI-driven platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial interviews with IT talents.
• Assist talents in creating and optimizing their profiles on our platform.
• Engage in the recruitment process, providing support when talents are matched with clients.
• Work closely with our team of HR/Recruiters and Data Analysts to build our talent supply chain.
• Potential involvement in a bonus system for successful talent placements.

Qualifications:

• High proficiency in English.
• Background in HR/Recruitment preferred.
• Fast learner with an interest or experience in the IT field.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time from our Tbilisi office.
