As a Product Analyst, your primary responsibility is to gather and analyze data related to a company's products or services. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to provide insights that inform product development, optimization, and decision-making processes. Your analytical skills and ability to interpret data will play a vital role in identifying opportunities for product improvements, enhancing user experiences, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Use analytical skills and business judgment to identify and solve business problems
• Lead strategic projects with the product managers to improve KPI’s
• Develop end-user reports from scratch that support all the product managers needs
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Enable data-driven decision making and tracking of business performance.

Requirements:

‍

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position such as Product Analytics team (Big Advantage) / BI team / Data Analysis team
• Statistical background
• Working experience in an online platform B2C company
• Working experience in a Fintech/Gaming company – Big advantage
• Experience working on Experimentation (A/B testing) – Big advantage
• Extensive SQL experience working with large data sets
• Experience working with BI / Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) - Advantage
• Knowledge of Python (or similar languages) for data manipulation & analysis – Advantage
• A/B testing methodologies and knowledge - Big advantage
• Excellent analytics skills
• Multitasking, knowing how to work in a high-pressure environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present to Managers.
• Can do Approach & Independent
• Ability to present to higher management
