We are looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team.
We are looking for a talented Growth Product Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a strong background in user-centered design and a passion for growth. The Growth Product Designer will work closely with our product, engineering, and growth teams to design and optimize features that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and growth specialists to identify growth opportunities and design solutions that optimize user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
- Conduct user research to understand user behavior and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate the user experience and align with the eToro brand.
- Conduct usability testing and A/B tests to validate designs and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback, usage data, and industry trends to inform design iterations and optimizations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on growth or optimization.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and design thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for design and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Have scripting skills: (Wireframing, Prototyping, A/B Testing, Product design, Usability testing, User-centered design)
- Be able to handle a stressful and dynamic working environment
- Excellent working relations with interfaces.
