We are seeking a skilled Middle/Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team.

UX/UI Designer, will be responsible to create engaging and intuitive interfaces for digital products and services that provide an exceptional user experience. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and develop the overall look and feel of a product.

Responsibilities:

• To Understand the target audience's needs, motivations, and behaviors through user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and test them with users
• Responsible for creating visually compelling designs that are consistent with the product's brand and style guidelines
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are accurately implemented
• Test designs with users to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools.

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and experience
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate collaboration with developers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and loyalty.
